At KRAALIKAA, every item is created on demand, just for you. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

✅ The item is damaged,
✅ The item is defective, or
✅ The wrong item was sent.

What We DON’T Accept

• No returns for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference

• No cancellations after the order is confirmed

• No refunds for delays caused by shipping partners

If There’s a Genuine Issue:

Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief message

If approved, we’ll either: ✅ Reprint your item, or
✅ Issue a partial/full refund (at our discretion)
